Technology was meant to make life easier, but somewhere along the line, it got noisy, confusing, scary and outright frustrating.

 

My journey with computers started back when I was just eight years old, sitting in front of a 64KB Atari 800 XL. Over the last four decades, I’ve grown, adapted, and evolved right alongside the technology we use every single day.

 

I started On IT Tech Support because I noticed a massive gap in the industry. 

Most IT support is stuffy, overly technical, and intimidating. When your PC slows down or your printer refuses to connect, you don't need a lecture in computer science—you just need someone who knows their stuff, fixes the problem fast, and communicates like a real human being.
